REMIX CONTEST AIMEC and REPOW

Now its time for you to show up your music production skills. AIMEC (Academia Internacional de Musica Eletrônica) together with Splice, Xfer, iZotope, Plugin Boutique and Loopmasters is promoting a remix contest with the brazilian talent REPOW.
Step 1: Install Splice
1. Download Splice here.
2. Start the app and log in with your account.
3. Once you are logged into the software, you only need to open Ableton Live (we will use Live on this project) and download the remix package.
4. If you use another DAW (FL Studio for example), you can participate without problems.But you need to open the project in Ableton Live to download the project. Download free Ableton Live here.
Step 2: Download the remix pack
With Splice installed logged and Ableton Live open, you can already download the remix project to begin your track.

To download the pack remix just click on the “Splice this project” button.

Then press the “Open” button with Ableton Live symbol. It will download the project on your computer and automatically launch the Live to the project.

After pressing the button “OPEN” the download of the project will start and may take according to your connection.
If you try to open the project without downloading finish can happen in some samples do not open the project and it will not run completely. Wait for the download to complete.
To make sure you’ve downloaded all project content ensure that the folder is approximately 515mb. See photo:
Step 3: Remix it
Be creative, try something new. Any electronic music style is allowed.
Note: It may happen not to open some plugins that Repow used and you do not have. This is normal. Do not worry.
Step 4: Upload
When you are done, name it Repow – From Zero to Hero (your name remix).mp3 in 320 kbps.
Put in SoundCloud.com or Mixcloud.com with the following tags:

5 – Downloads are not allowed for your track, leave it as not downloadable.
6 – After your remix is online in your Soundcloud account, send an email to remixcontest@aimec.com.br with the subject (Remix Repow AIMEC).
7 – Do not forget to follow AIMEC in Splice. Click here
8 – Deadline: June 22nd 2015
If your remix is not following these rules it will be automatically disqualified.
Step 5: Register your remix
Terminado o upload da sua track, você deverá preencher o nosso formulário de participação e enviar o link do seu remix para o nosso formulário.
Remix que não tiverem registro não concorrem ao prêmio.

Results:
This action will take place between May 18th 2015 and June 22nd 2015.
The winner will be notified via email.
The winner will have 48 hours to provide AIMEC with the original wav file from the remix.

All entrants agree to the rules of this contest and are aware that the submitted songs will be owned by AIMEC Records label and can not be marketed beyond the seal.
Other sounds and timbres can be used the way you want, provided it is not any music and it is considered plagiarism.
COPYRIGHT CONTROL: It is forbidden to use any material that contains copyright control (copyright control). They are only accepted the original parts of the song sent in the project via Splice. Bootlegs are not known songs aceitos.Vocais also will not be accepted.
